At the Wellness Hotel Dolomia in Soraga di Fassa, in the heart of the Italian Dolomites, the mountains are much more than a landscape, they represent home, roots, and tradition. For over four generations, the Fontana family has preserved and renewed this bond, now entrusting Maxhotel Contract with an ambitious hotel contract furniture project aimed at redefining the identity of the rooms.
The hotel contract design process began with the development of detailed photorealistic 3D renderings, essential for defining and visualizing the different room typologies. Every solution was carefully tailored to the available spaces, resulting in bespoke hotel room furniture fully aligned with the property’s identity and the unique character of the Dolomites.
Each room has been designed with bespoke hotel bedroom furniture, where every element contributes to a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere. The ceiling, finished with light wood beams, dialogues with the flooring and the entire interior scheme, creating an enveloping “cocoon” effect that surrounds the guest in warmth and natural elegance, a signature touch of authentic Italian craftsmanship and Alpine tradition.
The project is completed by modern design details that enhance the overall aesthetic balance. The introduction of matte black lighting fixtures adds a refined, contemporary touch, creating a sophisticated contrast with the warm wooden surfaces and reinforcing the hotel’s distinctive identity.
