Hotel Villa Paola: The New Breakfast Room with Maxhotel

Hotel Villa Paola and its new breakfast room, where the sea takes center stage

In this new chapter, we share a collaboration born from a historic bond: the one with Hotel Villa Paola, a small gem of hospitality in the heart of Rimini.

Located just a few meters from the beach, the hotel is the ideal place for a peaceful and welcoming stay, equipped with all the best comforts. The property was founded in 1957 by the grandparents of Sabrina Antolini, who is now the owner together with her husband.

Hotel Villa Paola features 39 fully renovated rooms, private parking, and access to a heated swimming pool. But there is one space that, more than any other, expresses the identity of this hotel: the breakfast room. A space designed to let guests start their day in total relaxation, offering them a completely new perspective.

The beginning of a partnership: a synergy born from word of mouth

The collaboration between Hotel Villa Paola and Maxhotel Contract is rooted in trust and word of mouth. The hotel is part of the Trend Hotels group in Rimini; in fact, Maxhotel had already managed the renovation of about ten rooms in one of the group’s properties.

Impressed by the excellent quality of that work, Ms. Antolini decided to learn more about Maxhotel Contract, launching the restyling project for her breakfast room. A renovation centered around a precise color concept dominated by two key shades: powder blue and light gold, designed to evoke the colors and light of the sea.

The value of listening

Behind the success of this project was a strong human and professional alignment. As Ms. Antolini herself explains, the understanding with the team was immediate:

“Gino was extraordinary in listening to my requests and managed to translate them word for word into the final project. The entire staff worked with great synergy and flawless collaboration: we didn’t encounter a single problem during the work.”

the final result

Today, the new breakfast room is not only significantly more functional for service management, but also meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. From the walls to the upholstery and custom furniture, every element communicates in perfect harmony, immediately capturing the guests’ attention as they wake up.

What sets us apart

An experience that Sabrina Antolini summarizes with three precise adjectives — optimal, efficient, and creative — prompting her to unhesitatingly recommend the Maxhotel Contract team to her colleagues in the hotel industry.
