Today we want to share a success story defined by hospitality and precision: the restyling of Hotel Grappolo d’Oro in Montebelluna, managed by Loris Cadorin and Beatrix Otvos (Betti).
In 2024, Maxhotel Contract completed an intervention focused on the common areas, reception, and corridors, transforming the face of the guest experience within the property.
The Beginning of a Partnership: Trust Built Over Time
The collaboration between Hotel Grappolo d’Oro and the Maxhotel Contract team did not happen by chance. It is a relationship rooted in over 15 years of mutual acquaintance.
“I first became familiar with Maxhotel Contract and later met Mr. Serafino personally thanks to our proximity,” says Loris Cadorin. “We had been in contact for years, but the real opportunity came in 2024.”
The main driver behind their choice? “Proximity. Knowing we had a partner just a few kilometers away, ready to respond quickly and with full availability, was the decisive factor in starting this important project”.
Project Management: The Importance of Never Feeling Alone
For Loris Cadorin and his wife Betti, the experience with our contract design services was highly positive, marked by smooth project management and constant presence.
What impressed them most was the dedication of our team. “Luigi, one of the project managers, was a key figure. He was on site two to three times a day,” recalls the owner. “The frequent presence of Denis and Serafino ensured that we truly felt looked after at every stage.”
Managing a construction site means coordinating dozens of professionals, much like a complex puzzle. All our technicians were present exactly when their intervention was needed. The entire project was completed in just three weeks, described by Loris as a ‘titanic’ effort, yet delivered in full compliance with the agreed timeline.
The Final Result: The ‘Wow Effect’ for Guests
The transition from rendering to reality can be challenging, but as confirmed by Loris Cadorin, our fidelity to the original design was absolute, if not even surpassing expectations. What impressed on paper was exceeded in the final result.
Loris highlights a key aspect of modern hospitality:
“Today, the hotel experience is sold through images. We all choose with our eyes first, and then we live the experience.”
In this case, the visual impact on guests exceeded expectations, generating an immediate ‘wow effect’ and turning aesthetic coherence into a powerful driver of positive reviews and customer loyalty.

What Sets Us Apart
Following this collaboration, Loris and Betti describe their experience as follows: “We felt fully supported and cared for throughout every stage of the project. Flexibility was certainly the added value, the ability to adapt to budget requirements and tight timelines.”
Every client, regardless of size, is important to us. Knowing that our values and services have met the needs of Loris and Betti is proof that expertise and attentive listening are the keys to achieving true client satisfaction.
