Today we want to share the story of Brunet The Dolomites Resort, a renowned hospitality destination in the center of Fiera di Primiero. Here, the guest is truly at the heart of the experience, immersed in a setting of complete well-being and relaxation, surrounded by fresh mountain air and breathtaking views of the UNESCO listed Dolomites.
Their story began over 100 years ago with great-grandparents Antonio and Lucia, and to this day the family remains at the core of everything. What clearly stands out is how central hospitality is to their identity, perhaps one of the reasons why the hotel has been continuously renewed over the years.
The Beginning of the Collaboration: From First Meeting to Design Development
We were already familiar with Brunet due to its reputation and because we had previously had the pleasure of staying there. The first professional meeting took place at the Hotel Fair in Bolzano in 2024. Mr. Scalet’s decision to entrust us with the project was not accidental, but driven by the desire to change technical partner. One of the key factors in his choice, despite no prior collaboration? “Value for money,” as Mr. Scalet explains.
The project was structured in two main phases: an initial design phase led by Architect Buffolino, followed by a second phase involving site inspections, technical drawings, and material selection managed by our team, always under the supervision of Architect Buffolino, who brings extensive experience in mountain hospitality projects. Specifically, the intervention involved the complete redevelopment of 7 suites
