This collaboration has led to several major projects, including:
- Quality Green Palace Hotel in Monterotondo (Choice Hotels): a brand-new development featuring 100 rooms, designed down to the smallest detail;
- Hotel Palace Inn in Fiano Romano: a significant renovation project involving 100 rooms;
- Roma Domus Hotel in Fiano Romano: the creation of 60 modern and functional rooms from scratch.
L’inizio di una partnership: come nasce un progetto di successo
It all began in January 2005. Mr. Barranca was working on the development of his first property and was looking for inspiration in the pages of Hotel Domani magazine.
“I had seen Maxhotel Contract’s projects featured in the magazine and was impressed,” recalls Mr. Barranca. He then decided to visit our showroom in Montebelluna, a day he still remembers, also due to a light snowfall. After the first meeting with Mr. Serafino Favero, the connection was immediate: an order for 60 fully furnished rooms.
Why Choose Maxhotel Contract for Hotel Room Furnishings?
Even during the very first meeting, Mr. Barranca immediately recognized the core values of our company:
- Flexibility: the ability of Mr. Favero to listen and respond to the client’s specific needs;
- Availability and Expertise: a human approach combined with solid technical know-how;
- History and Reliability: factors that led him to stop requesting quotes from other suppliers and to rely exclusively on us for future projects.
Project Management: Punctuality and Precision
In the contract hotel furnishing sector, meeting deadlines is essential. Mr. Barranca clearly recalls the first project: the arrival of the delivery truck with the furnishings and the completion of installation exactly within the agreed timeframe.
“When Maxhotel Contract gives a deadline, it meets it. For us, this is fundamental.”
The Final Result: When Contract Design Impresses Even Architects
The ultimate test of any contract design project is the final inspection. One of the most significant episodes mentioned by Mr. Barranca concerns the development of a 100 room property.
On that occasion, an external architect had proposed another supplier. Two sample rooms were created: aesthetically similar, but with a slight cost advantage in our favor, which ultimately secured us the project.
“The greatest satisfaction was seeing the architect’s surprise. He openly admitted he had initial doubts, but described the final result as impeccable and flawless.”
Continuous Renewal as Added Value
According to Mr. Barranca, the value of a property is closely linked to its ability to evolve over time. Today, a hotel room should be renovated approximately every 12 years to keep up with market trends and guest expectations.
For Mr. Barranca’s properties, which primarily serve business travelers, continuous renewal is a key retention strategy. Regular guests appreciate consistently finding spaces that are functional, welcoming, and modern.
Why Choose Maxhotel Contract: The Client’s Perspective
After years of collaboration, Mr. Barranca summarizes his experience with us in four key concepts:
- Reliability
- Corporate strength
- Flexibility
- Listening ability
Would He Recommend Maxhotel Contract to Other Professionals?
“I already have,” concludes Mr. Barranca. Thanks to his referral, an associate entrusted us first with the renovation of 40 rooms and later with the creation of 100 new rooms, confirming the high level of satisfaction that an experienced partner in hotel room furnishing can deliver.
